About

The Great Plains Arena Society (GPAS) was created with the express intention of being the governing body and steward for the Great Plains Recreation Facility(GPRF). Our mission is to:

‘Provide world-class operational and programming services for the City of Calgary at Great Plains Recreational Facility, while empowering citizens to live healthier and more active lifestyles.‘

We have assembled a world class team of operators, and programmers to guide GPRF into the future. Our operations and maintenance of the facility will be environmentally sustainable, efficient and effective.
